The best way to care for your furniture is to treat solid timber as sensitive to ambient conditions as people are. For long lasting beauty, protect your furniture against direct heat, ie sun through glass, or fire or heater.

For furniture with a hard (glossy) wax finish, the surfaces will need regular wax with hard wax and buff to desired gloss level. The natural build up of the wax will provide protection against reasonable day to day wear.

For furniture with a lacquered finish, use a soft wax paste that is rubbed well into a soft lint free cloth then gently wipe your furniture.
